But , our friends who are the only relatives of ours in this universe are all being considered and treated as an individual at IVP. Our mission is to make all our lives better and easier, by improving our pets health and by providing the high quality medical services which we would want for ourselves.

To be able to provide the most recent advancements in the veterinary medical field post graduate continuing education is part of our routine .
Our goal is to provide high quality veterinary service in a personable and
accommodating manner by consistently focusing on accurate diagnostics,
effective communication, compassionate treatment of animals,
and client education. We aim to maintain a safe and pleasant
work environment while encouraging the very best aspects
of responsible pet ownership.
IVP is open everyday between the 09:00-19:00 hours except Sundays and holidays.We strongly encourage you to make an appointment to allow us to serve you in a timely manner . Walk-in's are welcomed. Please be aware that waiting time is longer for clients with no appoinment. Emergency patients have a priority at IVP and immediate care is provided for all t checked-in as an emergency .
At IVP we help the stray animals since the first day we are opened for business..Due to cost of the goods being used for the strays remain the same with owned pets we expect at least 50% of all related costs paid by the good Samaritan who brought the stray into our clinic.We thank you for your kind considerations.
OUT OF HOURS EMERGENCY
Although the IVP is not a 7/24 animal clinic, we certainly welcome the emergency patients .Please be aware that the out of hours fees are higher than the fees in our normal business hours.
We regret to inform our valued clients that we do not have phone consultation services.

PAYMENTSAll payments are due when the services are rendered. We accept cash and credit card payments.We offer monthly payment plan replaced on your credit card with a bank charge.
Please be aware that we only provide services after you sign an estimate form prepared by us.
Please visit our polyclinic any time . We will be more than happy to
have you and show you around. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere with a soft
drink or hot coffee.
